Max Mcnown | The Summer Vacation Tour
Max’s website describes his music as, “With his warm vocals, honest storytelling, and a sound rooted in folk and country but unafraid of new directions, McNown has earned comparisons to the genre’s most compelling voices while carving out a lane that’s entirely his own. Now touring internationally and playing major festivals with almost 1 Billion streams to his name, he continues to connect with fans who find themselves reflected in his songs—and reminds us that even the hardest parts of life can be met with resilience, hope, and love.” I would suggest anyone that likes Noah Kahan, Mumford & Sons, Hozier, and any type of music like these artists, you will love Max McNown.

You truly never know where life is going to take you. But with passion, talent, and drive it could land you center stage. Max McNown went from teaching himself guitar just a couple years ago, to blowing up on TikTok and amassing over 1 billion streams in only a few years.
He recently announced “The Summer Vacation Tour” that kicks off in July and ends in September. Before and during the tour he will be making a couple stops at major festivals like Stagecoach and Bourbon & Beyond. Over the last couple years, Max has constantly been growing and adapting to spotlight. While his breakout song “A Lot More Free” is incredible, I personally feel like he is really diving headfirst into his sound. With recent releases such as “Heart You Didn’t Break” and “Standstill (My My My)”, you can feel the passion and emotion flowing through the lyrics. One line that sticks out to me is, “All I need is hand to hold. To drive out the darkness and leave a little love in its place,” from Heart You Didn’t Break. Whether you’re religious or not, this line resonates with anyone that just needs a person to lean on. As a Christian, it gets really hard to not want to blame all your problems on God. While He isn’t the one that broke your heart, He is willing to catch you every time you fall. It’s a beautiful reminder that no matter what is going on in your life, there is always a hand to hold.
